Pennsylvania Offers Expedited Admissions and Financial Aid to Students Unenrolled by Howard University

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) have announced expedited admissions support, guaranteed in-state tuition, and potential financial aid for over 500 incoming first-year Pennsylvania students recently unenrolled by Howard University for Fall 2026. Lincoln University is also offering tuition reductions and scholarships, providing critical support to a large group of affected students.
