Jamaica Teachers' Association President Expresses Concern Over Unsettled Wage Negotiations Ahead of New School Year

Mark Malabver, President of the Jamaica Teachers' Association (JTA), stated that it is unfortunate that wage negotiations for educators remain unsettled as the new school year approaches. Teachers are awaiting official documentation from the Government regarding a revised wage package, with some improvements noted during recent negotiations.
