Texas A&M University-Victoria has announced that financial aid disbursements for the Fall 2026 semester will begin on August 24, 2026. However, due to new federal financial aid requirements under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OB3), students requesting federal student loans and enrolled less than full-time may experience delays. The university's office must individually review each student's enrollment to adjust loan amounts based on credit hours.
