Lawsuit Filed Against DHS Over New Four-Year Cap on International Student Visas

A broad coalition of labor and education organizations has filed a lawsuit challenging the Department of Homeland Security's new rule, effective September 15, which replaces duration-based visas with a four-year limit for F student, J exchange visitor, and I foreign journalist visas.
