Connecticut Secures $10 Million Federal Grant for Early Literacy Initiatives

The Connecticut State Department of Education has been awarded a five-year, $10 million federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education. This funding will expand targeted reading intervention and positive behavioral supports for kindergarten through third-grade students experiencing reading difficulties across 75 elementary schools.
