ABA Accreditation Council Extends Test-Optional Admissions Variance for Law Schools by Three Years

The council of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar has voted to extend its test-optional admissions variance program for law schools by three years. This allows law schools to admit up to 100% of students without requiring a standardized admissions test, such as the LSAT or GRE, to gather more data before a permanent decision on testing requirements.
