Pennsylvania Chancellor Suggests Exploration of Three-Year Bachelor's Degree Programs

In a new blog post at the start of the academic year, State System of Higher Education Chancellor Christopher Fiorentino suggested that the State System consider offering a limited number of three-year bachelor's programs.
