SUNY Chancellor Announces Expanded Programs to Address Student Basic Needs Across 64 Campuses

State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor John B. King Jr. announced new programs to expand student emergency aid across all 64 SUNY campuses. Funded by the 2026-27 Enacted State Budget, these initiatives will also provide additional support for foster youth and formerly homeless students transitioning into college, as part of SUNY's broader basic needs agenda.
