Michigan Releases Statewide Transfer Analysis and Invests in Research to Improve College Student Pathways

The Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP) Office of Higher Education (OHE) has released its Michigan Transfer Landscape Analysis Report, examining how students navigate the state's higher education system. Concurrently, OHE invested over $212,000 in three new research projects aimed at improving transfer pathway design, understanding the transfer student experience, and measuring the economic impact of stronger transfer outcomes, with the goal of increasing bachelor's degree completion and strengthening the state's economy.
