Ministry of Education announces preparations for new academic year, including 17 new schools and technology upgrades

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has detailed its readiness for the new academic year, which commenced yesterday. Key initiatives include the operation of 17 new schools, fully equipped classrooms with interactive screens, replacement of outdated internet networks with fiber-optic infrastructure, and the installation of solar energy systems in over 900 schools. Additionally, approximately 10,300 primary school teachers and educational supervisors have completed practical training, and transportation buses are being provided for students in targeted areas.
