California Faculty Association and CSU System Reach Impasse in Contract Negotiations
The California Faculty Association (CFA) and the California State University (CSU) system have reached an impasse in negotiations over faculty salaries, workload, sick leave, health care, and sabbaticals. The CFA, representing over 29,000 faculty members across 23 CSU campuses, is also proposing new articles concerning artificial intelligence and academic freedom.
