New York Expands Free Tuition Program for Adult Learners

The State University of New York (SUNY) has broadened its Reconnect program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This expansion offers free tuition, fees, books, and supplies to eligible adult learners pursuing associate degrees in high-demand fields, including nursing, and now extends to bachelor's granting institutions.
