Pajaro Valley Unified School District Teachers Ratify Three-Year Labor Agreement

Teachers in the Pajaro Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) have ratified a three-year labor agreement, which now moves to the school board for final approval. The agreement, ratified by 85% of the Pajaro Valley Federation of Teachers (PVFT) members, includes a 2% salary schedule increase retroactive to the 2025-26 school year, followed by 1% increases in the current and next school years. It also preserves existing health benefits, a key point in negotiations.
