Calls For Movement Grow in Stalled Bay Path Teacher Negotiations

The Bay Path Teachers Association is pressing for renewed negotiations with the Southern Worcester County Regional Vocational School District Committee, presenting a petition with over 1,100 signatures. Negotiations have been stalled since March, and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations issued a complaint in June finding "probable cause to believe that violations of the Law occurred" regarding the district's refusal to meet with the union's chosen negotiating team.
