PVUSD Teachers Ratify Labor Agreement, Averting Strike

Teachers in the Pajaro Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) have ratified a new labor agreement, concluding months of negotiations and preventing a threatened strike. The agreement, approved by 85% of union members, includes a 2% salary increase retroactive to the 2025-26 school year, followed by 1% increases in the current and next school years, and preserves existing health benefits.
