San Juan City to Install Walk-Through and Handheld Metal Detectors in Public Schools

The San Juan City government has approved a resolution to allocate funds for the procurement of walk-through and additional handheld metal detectors to enhance security in public school campuses. This initiative aims to strengthen existing security protocols and support schools in more effective screening and monitoring of individuals entering school premises, following a Department of Education plan to provide metal detectors to all public schools nationwide.
