Zimbabwe Government Demands Flawless Administration of First Heritage-Based Curriculum Examinations

Zimbabwe's Primary and Secondary Education Minister, Torerayi Moyo, has directed schools to ensure the smooth and credible administration of this year's third-term national examinations. These examinations mark the first major test of the Heritage-Based Curriculum (HBC), introduced in January last year, which aims to equip learners with skills, values, and attitudes for life and work through a strong scientific and technological bias. The Minister emphasized that these examinations are a crucial national milestone to assess the curriculum's effectiveness.
