ABA Accreditation Council Repeals Diversity Standard; Iranian Students Barred from Taking LSAT

The American Bar Association (ABA) Accreditation Council has repealed its diversity standard, a move anticipated for some time. In a separate development, Iranian students have been prohibited from taking the LSAT following U.S.-imposed sanctions that prevent the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) from providing services to Iranian citizens or residents.
