Justice Department Investigates William & Mary for Alleged Race-Based Discrimination in Scholarships and Student Benefits

The U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division has launched a compliance review into the College of William & Mary to determine if its scholarships and student benefits programs use unlawful race-based criteria, following a similar finding at U.C. Berkeley Law School.
