Senators Schatz and Pocan Introduce Legislation Aimed at Ending Student Loan Debt Crisis

U.S. Senator Brian Schatz and U.S. Representative Mark Pocan have introduced the Debt-Free College Act, legislation designed to provide states with incentives through matching grants to increase investments in public higher education and help students achieve debt-free college.
