North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University has announced the appointment of Leandra Hayes-Burgess, a development professional with over 25 years of experience, as its interim vice chancellor for University Advancement. Hayes-Burgess has a background working with historically Black colleges and universities and a leading research university.
