Faculty and administrators at Central Oregon Community College (COCC) have reached a tentative agreement on salaries, successfully averting a strike that was scheduled to begin on October 5. The new employment contract is set to significantly increase full-time faculty salaries by 13% to 27% and provide substantial raises for part-time faculty.
