Bellefonte Area School District and Educators Union Reach Tentative Contract Agreement, Averting Strike

The Bellefonte Area School District and the Bellefonte Area Education Association, representing 230 teachers and staff, have reached a tentative four-year contract agreement, successfully averting a labor strike that was scheduled to begin on Monday. The union has formally withdrawn its strike notice.
