Vermont Student Assistance Corporation Receives $3.05 Million Federal Grant for College and Career Support

The Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) has been awarded a renewed five-year, $3.05 million Talent Search grant by the U.S. Department of Education. This funding will enable VSAC to continue providing college counseling and career support to over 1,220 middle and high school students annually across 49 schools in Vermont, including rural communities. The program assists students from modest-income families and those who will be the first in their families to attain a four-year degree, guiding them through postsecondary options and high school completion.
