W.Va. Education Officials Unveil Major Overhaul Of $2B School Funding Formula

West Virginia education officials have introduced draft legislation to reform the state's Public School Support Program, a $2 billion school funding formula, during a meeting of the West Virginia Board of Education. The board voted to agree that the current formula is inadequate.
