Cal State San Bernardino Awarded Nearly $4.9 Million in Federal Grants for Childcare and Career Pathways

Cal State San Bernardino (CSUSB) has received nearly $4.9 million in federal grants from the U.S. Department of Education. The funding will expand affordable childcare for student parents and develop new pathways to STEM and healthcare careers. A $3.5 million grant will provide childcare for Pell Grant-eligible undergraduates, while a $1.3 million grant will strengthen academic programs and career opportunities for low-income and rural students.
