National Teachers of the Year have introduced The Educators Institute, a new initiative providing free four-year online bachelor's degrees for aspiring educators. The program, which includes a year of local instructional coaching, aims to alleviate teacher shortages and enhance access to education degrees, especially for those pursuing special education and multilingual teaching.
