WVU President Michael T. Benson Outlines Vision for New Public Research University Model

West Virginia University President Michael T. Benson, in his formal investiture as the 27th president, called on the university community to become a model for the new public American research university. He highlighted the Strategic Compass framework and a new direct admissions program, WVU Express.
