Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Orders Province-Wide School Safety Surveys After Deadly Incident

Following a deadly incident at a private school in Dir Colony, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has ordered a province-wide survey of approximately 12,500 private schools and an assessment of government school buildings to identify those needing repairs or demolition. Students from unsafe buildings will be transferred to other schools to ensure their education continues without disruption.
