Higher Education Groups Warn Census Proposal Could Undercount Campus Communities

The American Council on Education (ACE) and 18 other higher education associations have submitted comments urging the U.S. Census Bureau to withdraw proposed changes to how it counts residents, warning that the changes could significantly undercount campus communities and impact federal funding for colleges and universities.
