Bellefonte Educators and School Board Ratify New Four-Year Contract

The Bellefonte Area School Board and the Bellefonte Area Education Association have ratified a new four-year contract for approximately 230 teachers and professional staff. This agreement, effective until June 30, 2030, concludes lengthy negotiations that had nearly led to a strike. The contract aims to address compensation disparities to improve staff competitiveness.
