Baltimore City Teachers Union and School Board Agree on New Two-Year Contract with Pay Raises

The Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners and the Baltimore Teachers Union have finalized a new two-year contract. The agreement includes across-the-board pay raises of 2% for fiscal year 2027 and 2.3% for fiscal year 2028, along with continued access to affordable health care. The school board approved the agreement on October 21, 2026.
