Cleveland Students Seek Multiple Valedictorians for Merged Schools

Students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) are advocating for a policy change to recognize multiple valedictorians at schools formed by recent mergers. This initiative aims to ensure deserving students are not denied the honor due to school closures and consolidations. CMSD CEO Warren Morgan has stated that no final decision has been made on how class rank will be determined this academic year.
