American Federation of Teachers Files Class-Action Lawsuit Against Education Department Over PSLF Mismanagement

The American Federation of Teachers has filed a nationwide class-action lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education, alleging gross mismanagement of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
