Jessica Biggs Leads Race for Chicago Public Schools' First Elected School Board President

Jessica Biggs, a current school board member and former principal, is poised to become Chicago Public Schools' first elected board president, holding a significant lead in the race. Her victory would mark a key step in reducing the Chicago Teachers Union's influence over the school board. Biggs has pledged to lead a well-organized board focused on students and restoring financial stability to the district.
