Google Disables Search and AI Tools by Default for K-12 Student Accounts

Google has announced that its Search, Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Gemini in Classroom products will now be off by default for K-12 student accounts. This change requires school administrators to explicitly enable these tools, offering schools more control over AI integration. However, enabling Google Search will also activate its integrated AI features, as separate AI disabling is not available within Search.
