Federal Court Dismisses Copyright Claims Against Sean Combs

A federal court in New York has dismissed several claims, including copyright infringement, against Sean "Diddy" Combs in a lawsuit filed by Dawn Richard. The court ruled that many claims were time-barred and that Combs was a co-author of the disputed song. While the sexual assault claim was not heard federally, it could still be pursued in state court.
