Dreamology Labs Sues MSC Cruises for Nearly $1.9 Billion Over Alleged IP Theft

Dreamology Labs has filed a federal lawsuit against MSC Cruises, seeking almost $1.9 billion in damages. The company alleges a long-standing pattern of fraudulent inducement, breach of a nondisclosure agreement, and misappropriation of proprietary experiential entertainment intellectual property. This includes the Shipsomnia franchise and XploraWorld platform, which Dreamology Labs claims were used in MSC's onboard attractions without proper compensation.
