Prague's Barrandov Studio Expands with Two New Modern Film Stages

Barrandov Studio in Prague has officially opened two new modern film studios, numbered 11 and 12, on June 26, 2026, increasing its total production capacity to 18 stages. This expansion is part of a multi-year investment project totaling CZK 210 million. The new soundproofed studios each offer over 1,200 square meters of filming space and are equipped for large-scale and technically demanding productions.
