Reservoir Media Acquires Nacional Records Catalogs, Forms Latin Music Joint Venture

Reservoir Media has acquired the music catalogs of independent Latin music label Nacional Records and its publishing division, Canciones Nacionales. The deal also includes a joint venture between Reservoir and Nacional to identify and develop new Latin recording artists and songwriters.
