Over Half of New Music Uploads to Deezer are AI-Generated, Totaling 90,000 Tracks Daily

Paris-headquartered streaming service Deezer has reported that fully AI-generated music accounted for over half of all new tracks uploaded to its platform in June, with nearly 90,000 AI tracks flooding the service daily. This surge in AI-generated content, often used to inflate streams and dilute royalties, has prompted a push from the RIAA and IFPI for transparency and labeling of AI tracks across streaming services.
