Nintendo Seeks Dismissal of Consumer Lawsuit Regarding Tariff Refunds

Nintendo has filed a motion to dismiss a class-action lawsuit alleging the company withheld tariff refunds from consumers. The suit claims Nintendo raised hardware prices due to tariffs but did not reimburse customers after the tariffs were removed. Nintendo contends that consumers paid the agreed price and are not owed retroactive rebates.
