Paramount Delays Warner Bros. Discovery Merger Amid Antitrust Concerns

Paramount Skydance has agreed to postpone its proposed $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. This decision follows an antitrust lawsuit filed by 12 states and the Writers Guild of America, raising concerns about market competition. The merger will now be delayed until after a trial or June 1, 2027, whichever comes first.
