Swaybox Studios Workers Vote to Unionize with IATSE in Major Organizing Win

Workers at Swaybox Studios in New Orleans have voted to join the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) following a National Labor Relations Board election. This victory, securing union representation for 136 workers across various film and television production roles, is considered one of the largest organizing campaigns in the union's recent history. The workers sought industry-standard wages, working conditions, benefits, and a stronger voice on the job.
