Disney+ Orders Pilot for 'Spaceship Earth' Television Series

Disney+ has commissioned a pilot for a new science-fiction adventure television series inspired by EPCOT's iconic Spaceship Earth attraction. The project reimagines the geodesic sphere as a launchpad for a time-spanning narrative. Jason Fuchs is set to serve as showrunner and executive producer, with Lee Toland Krieger directing the pilot.
