Director Lee Chang-dong to receive MVFF Auteur Award at Mill Valley Film Festival

Korean filmmaker Lee Chang-dong will be honored with the 2026 MVFF Auteur Award and a Spotlight Program at the Mill Valley Film Festival, taking place on Friday, October 2, 2026. The program will feature his latest film, "Possible Love," which has been announced as South Korea's official submission for Best International Feature Film at the 99th Academy Awards. This marks Lee's first feature in eight years.
