Disney Channel in DACH Region to Rebrand as Disney TV, Broadening Content

The Walt Disney Company GSA announced that Disney Channel will be renamed Disney TV in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region) starting December 1, 2026. This rebrand signifies a strategic shift to a broader programming strategy, incorporating action, crime, drama, and documentaries, with a stronger focus on adult viewers during primetime.
