Music companies BMG and Concord finalize merger

BMG and Concord have completed their merger, forming a new global music company. This combination aims to enhance opportunities for creators by expanding capabilities across music publishing, recorded music, theatrical rights, digital distribution, and film & TV. The new entity will operate under the BMG name, headquartered in Nashville and Berlin.
