The 83rd Venice International Film Festival is set to commence today, September 2, 2026, with the world premiere of Danny Boyle's film "Ink" as its opening feature. During the festival, which runs until September 12, acclaimed actor, director, and producer George Clooney will be honored with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement.
