Riot Games Announces World Star Challengers Invitational 2026 for Tier 2 League of Legends Teams

Riot Games, in collaboration with TJ Sports, has unveiled the World Star Challengers Invitational (WSCI) 2026, a new international League of Legends tournament. This event, scheduled from September 20 to October 2, will bring together 16 Tier 2 teams from Asia, Europe, and the Americas for the first time, aiming to provide up-and-coming players with global competition exposure and further develop the LoL Esports pipeline. This marks a significant expansion for the Tier 2 competitive scene.
